The diagnostic uses internal data from your organization. We start with an initial meeting with your internal data experts and, as required, your managers to understand your business, its organizational structure and the internal data landscape. We provide you with a template that describes the data we require from your customer, operational and financial data bases. The KOMAND team then processes, reviews, summarizes and analyzes the data using, as needed, advanced statistical software and techniques. We derive meaningful strategic insights from your records of sales, operations and financing activities. We then deliver a report that summarizes the results and also includes meaningful commentary on key findings.
