His industry experience includes five years as an entrepreneur in both the automotive and marketing fields, ten years in the Aerospace industry, and currently as a management consultant having provided services to the brewing, retail, biotechnology, telecommunications, aerospace, manufacturing, IT industries and more.
Tim has worked on multiple consulting projects in a variety of industries. One of his larger clients was a major telephone corporation, ranked in the top 5 largest telecommunications manufacturers of the world.
Tim and the team developed a new functional strategy for one of the technology departments within the organization and then reorganized the current structure in order to support sustainable growth.

- Compiling an industry profile related to new business development for a major US furniture manufacturer
- Employee strategy training for organizations such as the Molson Coors Brewing Company
- Marketing and business planning for developing a franchise structure in the computer hardware industry
Tim holds an MBA from Concordia University and teaches in the areas of Strategy, Entrepreneurship and Business Ethics in both the MBA and undergraduate programs.
